Bob Pennisi, railroad expert and author/publisher of several books including Erie Railroad: New Jersey Memories and The Morristown and Erie Railway will be presenting a slideshow titled "Railroading in Northwest Jersey" at Washington Township Public Library, 37 E. Springtown Rd., Long Valley, NJ on Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. It will focus on the Morris, Sussex, Warren and Hunterdon railroads from the 1950s to the 1980s, including Lackawanna, Erie Lackawanna, Morristown & Erie, Morris County Central, Susquehanna, Lehigh &Hudson River, Jersey Central, Conrail and NJ Transit.
